What we do

Programs That Make a Difference

We implement hands-on programs that strengthen communities, build skills, and empower women and girls. Our programs are designed to create visible, meaningful change in communities, families, and lives.

Safer Communities

Through structured dialogues, group workshops, and local initiatives, we foster community responsibility—helping communities recognize risks to women and girls and take collective action to address them. Families, leaders, and community groups are increasingly participating in practices that reduce harm and promote safety. Where needed, we connect women and girls to legal, and counseling services available in the community

Healthier Women and Children

We equip women, girls, and caregivers with knowledge and practical skills to improve health outcomes. We also support connections to maternal, child, and reproductive health services to improve wellbeing and survival. Women and caregivers learn to make informed health and wellbeing choices.

Girls Advancing Through Education

We help girls stay in school and improve literacy through mentoring, learning initiatives, and engagement with families to reduce barriers to education. By addressing barriers to learning, girls are more engaged, achieving improved learning outcomes, and participating more fully in their education and community life.

Women Leading and Thriving

We promote women’s empowerment through skills-building workshops, targeted initiatives, and small-scale leadership programs that strengthen economic independence, social influence, and personal safety. As a result, women take active roles in their families and communities—contributing to decision-making, pursuing opportunities, and strengthening household and community resilience.

Stronger Families and Positive Norms

We engage men and boys through targeted outreach that promotes positive masculinity, shared responsibility, and gender equality. Working with families, we strengthen supportive household and community attitudes, with growing shared involvement in caregiving, education, and safety—building stronger support networks for women and children.
